After my PMR exam`2007

THE ESCAPE
At last PMR is over... hurray!!! Now I have the chance to escape from the chaotic life in the crazy town next to the metropolitan city... HURRY!!! again for that...
Yup, that`s right... I did a series of plans to runway...

->the first runaway (14th - 16th October 2007)
The Malacca Wedding...
My fifth aunt`s son is getting married... actually he is married( cos I wrote this after I went to his wedding =.=)

~DAY 1~
It was odd actually... I and my mum went to Malacca a day earlier than my dad and bro...
How? Me and mum went to Seremban by train quite early in the morning...
It actually took us 1 hour to reach Seremban from Kajang...
We met up with my second aunt at the Seremban train station...
while they took us to their house 1st...
We continue our journey to Malacca with my second aunt and her son...
time just passed by...
I don`t really know is it fast or slow...

the only thing I know is that my mum and aunt chatted a lot...
and I saw many beautiful things outside the window
... nature that`s what I mean...
... I like nature a lot...

~WELCOME TO MALACCA~
Lastly, we reach to Malacca...
... actually now is only the beginning of our runaway 'mission'...
...the 'mission' to find peace and quiet to relax our mind and soul...

The hard part is here
...
Now
although we are in Malacca state but...
we don`t know where is my fifth aunt house...
so we have to find the house... ...
we went north, south, east, west... where is the house!?
... ...our stomach started to call for lunch...
so we went to the town and search for food...
I ate 'char kuey tiao'... although I know that is not the local delicacy...
because I`m too hungry... and the prise is quite reasonable...
After filling up our tummy... we only have energy to continue to search for that mysterious place...
... thanks to our patience... we found my fifth aunt house...
... the whole journey was quite tiring... I just want to get out of the car and rest...

Whoa... the house is very big and beautifully furnished...
I just room around the house and greet my relatives...
while my mum chatted with my aunties and others....
...they didn`t see for each for a few months already...
...that`s why they have so many things to talk...

After resting for awhile, I went to clean up myself...
never thought time passes by so quickly...
all my aunties and uncle are busying in the kitchen preparing for the buffet dinner already...
... all the food they prepared themselves... furthermore my uncle is a great cook...
... I`m so fortunate... had the chance to eat great food!
... I helped to serve the dishes and clean the table...
... ... It rained that night, but it didn`t stop the crowd from coming...
the buffet was great... nice food, good crowd...
after all the guests had went back... we started to clean up...
... with little afford and many working hands...
... we cleaned up the whole house...

The watch on my hand showed 11.45pm already...
...but all my aunties and uncles aren`t in bed even the bridegroom too...
... although the next day is the big day...
... actually they are busying in the kitchen again...
they are preparing 'tong yuen'...
... 'tong yuen' is a type of Chinese traditional dessert...
... it is round in shape and made of glutinous rice flour...
... it is served with ginger syrup soup...
... it is a must have as it symbolized 'tuan yuan' , together forever...
after I know what was happening in the kitchen, I lend a helping hand...
we row and row... a ball and another and another...
finally, we finish making the sweet dessert...

The hotel we stayed the first night is at my aunt house...
the light offed... the first day ended...

~DAY 2~
Rise and shine... today is the big day...
... still feeling a little sleepy... because I didn`t had a good night sleep...
... we had 'wan tan mee' for our breakfast...
the bridegroom had started preparing himself already...
... the time comes...
it is time to go and fetch the bride...
we wished him good luck and he went off...

Not long... my dad, bro and some aunties from Kajang arrived...
they were just in time to join the ceremony...
Red crackers lighted... pili-pala-pili-pala...
the bridegroom brought the bride home...
they prayed and a tea ceremony is held...

2.30pm... the ceremony had just ended...
we had 'Hainanist chicken rice' for our lunch
... the chicken rice tasted the same as all other ordinary chicken rice...
... but... this chicken rice is round in shape... just like fishball...

After our lunch... me and my family went to search for a hotel to put a night there...
we took hours to look for a hotel to stay at...
... god blessed us...
we got a room finally...
even better... the hotel is situated just nest to the place where the wedding dinner is held...
we cleaned up ourselves and prepared for the dinner...

Woa...
the wedding dinner is very grand...
... the red carpet, the flowers, the decorations... ...
... cos this is my uncle`s oldest son wedding dinner...
... that is why so grand...
we did not entertain our taste buts only...
but all others 5 senses too...
...all together 6 senses?
...yup... even our soul was entertained...

The dinner ended with lots of laughter and cheers...
me and my family went back to the hotel and had a good night sleep...

~DAY 3~
We woke up about 7.30am... and had a good breakfast...
... today we went touring around Malacca...
... we went to Stadhuys... a historical tourist attraction place...
we also went to Jonker`s street... a place you must go when visiting Malacca...
we also tasted some famous delicacies... such as 'cendol' and 'dodol'...

We visited quite many interesting places in Malacca...
... it just bring you back to the late 1880`s...
it is just like magic...

... time flies... and every story has to have an end...
and this is also the sadest part...
... but do not be too sad because all endings are also beginings... ...

~THE END~

A Shocking Experience...

2 Days and 1Night at Rebutia Camp in Gombak, KL.
23/2/2008 - 24/2/2008
I and a gang of PRS have joined the camp organized by our own club...
The journey started quite good, we leaves school at about 9am by bus...
I was a little disappointed that our transport wasn`t that luxurious as other clubs.Disappointed
but that is ok...
in the bus we played cards..cards and cards until we reach the campsite, that was fun...
Wow! We are really in the forest...
There are trees...trees...many many trees, native`s houses, river .......
The place is extrimly beautiful...this must be the power of Mother Nature!!
I was so excited on the activities that are going to held during the camp...
After hearing the rules and regulations, I and the other participants headed to our campsite...
I thought they were just joking about our accommodation...but is is real,
we need to stay in a builded up camp...waaaa how exciting!!!
(cos I never stay in a camp before) XD
Now is time for ice breaking... all the participants are separated into different groups...
Waaa...in my group...all the girls form4 and all the boys form3...hahaha
That means we can buli them...hehehe

Come back to the topic...
I became the leader of my group... can you believe that? (is true)
10.00am The workers there prepared food for us...
I thought at 1st... it must be some special kampung food...
No, it is not any special kampung delicacy... it is just normal kuih...
...normal Malay traditional kuih...
But that was the worse Malay kuih I ever ate in my whole life...
The kuih is very very oily...extremely oily...yuck!! >.<
Worse part is that...
one can see oil droplets dripping down from the kuih...!
...and the smell of the margarine was awfully strong...
It made me feel like vomiting... Sick
"I think mine unsuccessful chicken pie looks and smell better than this..."
Other than the horrible kuih... they also served us Malay style fried noodles..
The noodles looks normal... looks better than the kuih...
From the 1st mouth I eat the fried noodles...
Omg..! Is this human food ..!? I asked myself...
The noodles is terribly salty... I thought I ate fresh salted fish !!
I thought...Do the workers did that on purpose...?
...I think they want us to suffer from high blood pressure...!
...and inside the fried noodle there are vegetables...
the veges tasted bitter and smells horrible... I never seen before that vege...
Haiz... now only I think white rice is still the best

After that... don`t know what meal... we continue our activities
we started with the indoor game...
it was quite fun...
next we proceed to the outdoor`s ... Flying fox and High rope!
is that interesting... >.<>Disappointed ... ... ... it is true...
all of us was very sad after we heard the news...
we brought our heavy heart and left for another game.
the obstacle ...
the area was specially built with many different types of...
army training tools...
the places was muddy, dirty and...
Fun, ya it is quite fun...hehe
it had built up our teamwork and eventually strengthened the bond between us...

After that crazy yet fun game...
we bathe in the cold icy river... shock ya
we played with the water just like babies... hahaha
it was really fun... really
and I had learn how to float...
actually i failed to learn to float... wahaha

After having a refreshing shower...
we had our diner...
the food...
was ok... many times better then our lunch...
they prepared rice and vegetables and some meat for us...
although the food are not as delicious as home cooked food...
but we ate rounds and rounds of it, cos too hungry...

We continued our night with indoor group performance...
we had to act or sing or even dance to catch our teachers heart...
eventually my group acts...
our drama was very funny...
''it is about a rich girl who like to play mahjong and loses all her money...
she accidentally met a poor yet handsome and good guy...
he fights and saved the girl many times and they falls in love...
by the end of the story...
the guy died in a car accident when wanted to save the girl from ah long...
the girl and ah longs are sent to jail...''

Next we went night walk in the woods...
we have to blind fold our eyes... and you know how scary that is...
at first we walk in groups...
later the teachers split us up... no,no,no!
I don`t want to walk alone... please...
but they have no sympathy at all...
they split us up and ask us to walk individually...just with the help of a string...
that is kiddding right? no, that is totally true...
although we felt scare we still have to continue our activity until the very end...
the night didn`t come to an end just like that...
they even forced us to go in the POND OF WATER in midnight!!!
What???
our anger and fear burst through our head...
some started scolding... charming... and even
crying...
the water was very deep...
it reaches until my shoulder... (actually i`m quite tall you know, about 1.66m)
so can you imagine the feeling of the people who are shorter than me?
we didn`t just walk cross the pond, but stand in the water for about 15 minutes...
how suffering...

... ... TO BE CONTINUED ... ...
ther will be more interesting stories to be publish... thankyou
